A few things worth knowing upfront.
Remote-first, always
We don't have an office. We don't plan to get one. Work from wherever you do your best thinking — whether that's home, a coffee shop, or somewhere with better weather.
High ownership
Small team means big surface area. You won't be handed a narrow ticket queue. You'll own real problems, make real calls, and ship work that matters from day one.
Pets welcome
Obvious, but worth saying. If you have a dog who needs a mid-afternoon walk or a cat who sits on your keyboard during calls — we consider that a cultural fit.
